Return & Refund Policy

At True Will Ministries, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Shipping

A $10.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment, less the $10.00 return shipping fee. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
